Terms and Conditions 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by JCS Consulting to its clients. By accepting our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1.Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By engaging JCS Consulting’s services or accepting a project quote, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. No formal signature is required; acceptance is understood when you confirm a project or make an initial payment.

2.Service Agreement

These Terms and Conditions are part of a legal agreement between you and JCS Consulting. The services we offer are subject to this agreement, and all provisions here in apply to any interactions or transactions between us.

3.Modifications to Terms

JCS Consulting reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client and will apply to any services provided from that point onward. It is the client’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.

4.Communication

Communication between JCS Consulting and the client will occur via email or other mutually agreed-upon channels. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details and for regularly checking messages regarding project status or inquiries.

5.Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely and accurate information, resources, and approvals needed to complete the project. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, including but not limited to images, text, and logos, is legally compliant and not infringing upon third-party rights.

6.Confidentiality

JCS Consulting commits to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information shared in the course of our work. We will not disclose any client-specific data to third parties without written consent, unless required by law.

7.Payment Terms

Details regarding payments, invoicing, and any associated charges will be communicated to the client before work begins. Clients are expected to adhere to payment schedules outlined in the agreement or project proposal.

8.Force Majeure

JCS Consulting shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling our obligations.

9.Limitation of Liability

While JCS Consulting strives to provide the highest quality services, we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data or business disruption.

10.Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JCS Consulting operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable local laws.

11.Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the services upon written notice. JCS Consulting reserves the right to terminate any agreement or project if the client breaches any of the terms here in. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

12.Indemnity

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JCS Consulting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or related to the client’s use of our services, including legal fees and costs.

13.Dispute Resolution

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

14.Ownership of Work

Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the deliverables (e.g., designs, code, content) as outlined in the project agreement. However, JCS Consulting retains the right to use work for portfolio purposes and marketing.

15.General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between JCS Consulting and the client regarding the services provided. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder of the terms will remain in effect.
